Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and therapies, and document care; reassess as patient conditions change.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in triage, and respond to emergencies; provide patient and family education.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- ER nursing experience is preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ER environment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
