Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient status, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision as needed.
- Coordinate care with obstetric, anesthesia, and other disciplines to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in patient management.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy while documenting care in the medical record.

Requirements
- Current nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the United States (state requirements apply).
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work the assigned 12-hour night shift schedule and adapt to a travel assignment environment.
