Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN Tele) travel assignment in Portland, Oregon. 13-week contract starting 09/28/2026 in a short-term acute care hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $1,953-$2,030 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). This position requires EPIC EHR experience and supports a patient-centered nursing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Collect and assess relevant data, analyze findings, and identify care issues and priorities
- Develop and implement a patient-centered plan of care; coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
- Monitor patient status, evaluate progress, and adjust care plans as needed; delegate appropriately and supervise other nursing staff
- Provide patient and family education; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a safe, healing environment; document accurately and communicate clearly with the care team

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or ARC-ALS required per policy
- At least two years of recent acute care nursing experience
- EPIC EHR experience required; BSN highly preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work night shift in a fast-paced hospital setting
