- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Document care, outcomes, and any changes in patient condition accurately and timely.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California (in good standing)
- Experience in labor and delivery or obstetric nursing (L&D) preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
- Willingness to participate in a 10-week travel assignment starting 11/16/2026
