Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing support and assistance with activities of daily living for residents
- Assist with mobility, transfers, turning, and positioning under supervision
- Help residents with meals and hydration; observe intake and document changes
- Perform basic care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; follow infection control and safety protocols
- Report changes in resident condition to supervising licensed nurse and document care provided
Requirements
- Availability to start 04/01/2026 and commit to a 7-week travel assignment
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Willingness to work in a skilled nursing setting
- Travel assignment readiness; able to work in Milford, New Hampshire
- Ability to perform essential CNA duties in a skilled nursing environment
- Willingness to comply with facility policies and infection control standards
