Travel Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Job
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting. Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States. Start date: 04/01/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $644–$658 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 18:00–06:30 (12-hour nights), 3x per week. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This is a local-only assignment with an ASAP start (2 weeks or less).

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and safe use of assistive devices
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervising RN; document care accurately in care plans and charts
- Support meal service, assist with feeding as needed, and provide toileting and continence care
- Maintain safety, infection control, and comfort measures; ensure a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/licensure and ability to practice as a CNA (state of NM)
- Proven ability to perform CNA duties in a long-term care setting
- Availability to work 18:00–06:30 night shifts (3x per week)
- Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to read, follow care plans, and document clearly and accurately
- Physical ability to perform routine caregiving tasks, including mobility assistance and lifting as needed
- Eligible to work in the United States and comply with applicable policies and procedures
