Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech – Radiology specialty. Olympia, Washington, United States. Start date 06/15/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay: $2,680 - $2,834 per week. Shift: 4x10 Days (07:00–17:30). Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting supporting Interventional Radiology and vascular procedures. This assignment requires active licensure and IR experience with on-call obligations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with IR/Cath Lab procedures, including angiography, angioplasty, and stent placement; support carotid procedures as part of the IR team.
- Perform endovascular interventions, embolization, IVC filter placement, and peripheral venous/arterial access as needed.
- Support nephrology-related and percutaneous procedures: dialysis graft interventions, nephrostomy, biopsies, and stone extraction.
- Assist with thoracentesis/paracentesis, chest tube management, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, TIPS, and vertebroplasty as indicated.
- Operate and troubleshoot imaging systems (Philips and GE) and manage C-Arm/PACS; maintain sterile field as scrub and circulator.
- Collaborate with Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Surgeons in a fast-paced IR lab; participate in on-call coverage (one weekday and one weekend per month).
Requirements
- Active Washington state license (not pending)
- ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year IR/Angio/Special Procedures experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- Preferred: IR/CV certification
- Local travel restriction: applicants residing within 50 miles of the assignment site are not eligible for this travel contract
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
