Travel Registered Nurse L&D Job
L&D Registered Nurse – Nights in Greenbrae, California. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 03/17/2026 for 13 weeks with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Earn about $2,862–$2,994 per week on a 3x12-hour night shift. The role supports labor and delivery in an acute care setting, with an emphasis on C-section patient circulation and recovery, and potential float to the Post-Partum area.

Responsibilities
- Circulate and recover C-section patients during the operative and post-operative periods.
- Monitor fetal status using external fetal monitoring and respond to deviations in tracings.
- Float to the Post-Partum department as needed to support patient care and unit needs.
- Provide newborn care during the recovery period when appropriate and as directed.
- Document care and patient status in the Epic EMR accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with obstetric, anesthesia, and nursing teams to ensure patient safety and a smooth course of recovery.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- EPIC EMR experience
- Fetal Monitoring certification
- L&D or obstetric unit nursing experience; ability to circulate and recover C-section patients
- Ability to float to Post-Partum and work a 3x12-hour night shift with weekend rotation
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current professional nursing credential
