- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; communicate changes to the supervising RN
- Maintain accurate charting, ensure resident safety, and respond promptly to clinical changes
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama (or eligible for licensure in Alabama)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in a rotation schedule
- Willingness to commit to an 8-week travel assignment
- Ability to perform duties in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork in a busy care setting
