Role specifics and benefits: In this ER RN role, you’ll conduct rapid triage, perform focused assessments, administer medications, start IVs, provide wound care, and lead timely resuscitation in high-acuity situations. You’ll coordinate with EMS, physicians, and inpatient teams to stabilize patients and orchestrate smooth transitions when further care is needed. You’ll have opportunities to pursue certification expansion, mentor newer nurses, and step into leadership roles during shifts as your confidence grows. Our compensation package features a weekly pay range of $1,914 to $1,978, with housing assistance and potential bonuses to recognize your experience. Guaranteed Hours: 0.0.
