Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse or charge nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in accordance with policy
- Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks (e.g., wound care, hygiene, mobility support)
- Document care accurately in the charting system and contribute to care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and respond to resident needs and call lights
Requirements
- Current LPN license in New Hampshire (licensure verification required)
- Ability to work the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Local candidates to Peterborough, NH area (local only)
- Availability for a 13-week assignment
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting is advantageous
