Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nutrition.
- Support residents with mobility, transferring, positioning, and safe patient handling.
- Monitor and document vital signs and changes in resident condition; report findings promptly to the licensed team.
- Adhere to care plans, infection control practices, and safety protocols; maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate care environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team; participate in care coordination and goal-oriented care delivery.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota CNA license in hand
- Travel experience (regional) required
- Ability to work Days/Eves in a long-term care and assisted living setting
- Successful completion of the clinical interview process with the FWS clinical team
- Basic documentation and communication skills appropriate to a CNA role
