Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and monitor responses
- Perform routine nursing assessments and document findings in the resident chart
- Provide supportive care, including activities of daily living assistance and basic wound care as prescribed
- Monitor resident safety, infection control practices, and prevent falls
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, dietary, therapy, and physicians) to ensure individualized care plans
Requirements
- Local candidates to Franklin, NH area preferred; ability to work a local travel assignment
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire (state-specific) in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and meet assignment requirements
