Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, including nurses, physicians, and support staff
- Document all nursing actions and patient responses accurately in the Epic EMR
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as part of the care continuum
- Float to other units or campuses as needed and maintain competency across assigned areas
Requirements
- Experience: at least 2 years of PCU nursing experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
- Education: Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of PCU experience
- Credentials: Active licensure not specified in notes; must meet standard nursing practice requirements for the role
- Staffing flexibility: ability to float to other campuses/units as needed
