Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Silver City, New Mexico, starting June 1, 2026 for a 5-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $992-$1,047 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ health status, assess for changes, and report protocol deviations to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide routine nursing care to residents
- Document care provided, update care plans as needed, and ensure accurate charting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and safety
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including proper hand hygiene and waste disposal
Requirements
- Local candidates only
- Current LPN license in good standing (state-specific licensure preferred)
- Experience in or familiarity with a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and a rotating schedule
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen as part of the onboarding process
