Radiology Technologist – CT, The Dalles, Oregon. This travel assignment in a short-term acute care setting starts 08/31/2026 for 16 weeks. Earn $2,416 to $2,627 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (12-hour shifts), 3x per week. Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images used for radiologist interpretation; generate sagittal and coronal reformatted images as required.
- Perform a range of imaging procedures, including CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy, as assigned.
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to accurately transfer images to the appropriate location and ensure timely interpretation.
- Maintain accurate patient records, files and billing information while safeguarding image data and patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment and manage supply inventory; ensure equipment readiness for procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure quality, safety and efficiency in imaging services; adapt to patient needs across adolescent to geriatric populations.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology (Preferred)
- Licenses/Certifications: ARRT – Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) required; RT(R)(CT)(ARRT) or RT(R)ARRT acceptable; Advanced Certification in CT required in OR and HI (preferred in CA); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA and OR; Venipuncture certification preferred in CA and OR
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in radiologic imaging
- Additional: Current state license as required by the assignment; ability to work in a high-volume imaging department and adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
