Travel Registered Nurse CCU Job
Registered Nurse – CCU travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date 06/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,498–$2,563 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (1900–0730) with weekend rotation; must participate in call rotation. This is a hospital setting offering a travel, temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for CCU patients, including cardiovascular critical care post-procedure care and complex monitoring
- Manage invasive monitoring and devices as trained (eg, arterial lines, hemodynamic support) and administer/adjust medications per orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cath lab staff, for patient care planning and procedures
- Respond to clinical changes, assist with rapid response and codes as needed, and participate in ongoing patient assessment and documentation
- Support care transitions, family education, and adherence to unit protocols and safety standards
- Maintain flexibility to cover CCU needs and participate in required call rotation per unit policy
Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license in good standing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3 years RN Critical Care experience
- Day 0 CVICU experience required; ability to cover CCU as needed
- Ability to work in a CCU environment, including night shifts and weekend coverage
- Travel assignment has a radius requirement: permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility
- Nursys RN license verification and CVICU skills documented on submission
