Responsibilities
- Plan and provide nursing care to patients in the step-down unit.

- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel consistent with their scope of practice.
- Collaborate with team members, including CNAs, to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license (California) or equivalent credential for practice in the state.
- Step-down unit nursing experience or demonstrated competency in that setting.
- Proficient interpretation of ECG rhythms and management of related emergencies.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and delegation skills with ancillary staff (e.g., CNAs).
