Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team, under supervision
- Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as residents progress
- Conduct therapy sessions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and functional tasks
- Document progress notes, maintain accurate resident records, and ensure timely communication with team members
- Collaborate with OT, PT, nursing staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate resident care
- Promote resident safety, proper use of adaptive equipment, and adherence to infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential
