Responsibilities

- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Document patient status and care provided; communicate changes to the care team.
- Support patient flow and contribute to discharge planning in a fast-paced emergency care setting.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California or eligibility to obtain CA licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ER environment
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 13 weeks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
