Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating
- Reposition and assist with transfers to support mobility and prevent complications
- Observe residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse
- Document care accurately and maintain clear, concise resident records
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment and follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- This is a travel assignment requiring availability for evenings and nights
- Ability to perform standard CNA duties in a skilled nursing setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Commitment to resident safety, quality care, and facility policies
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric care is preferred
