LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position in Gallup, New Mexico. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a skilled nursing setting with an 8-week contract. Start date: 04/03/2026. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights. Weekly pay: $1,069–$1,110. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision, including monitoring and supporting activities of daily living.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately per policy.
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes, and report findings to the supervising nurse promptly.
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and ADLs, ensuring resident safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the health record and communicate shifts and patient status effectively.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (unrestricted) in good standing.
- Local candidates to the Gallup, NM area.
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to resident-centered care.
