Responsibilities
- Provide routine CNA care to residents under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Monitor resident condition, report changes to licensed staff, and document notes accurately in the chart
- Observe safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly environment, and support falls prevention and infection control measures
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and rights, promoting respectful and compassionate care
- Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and respond to resident needs in a timely manner
