Role specifics and benefits: In this LTC RN role, you’ll deliver high-quality direct patient care to residents, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize comfort, safety, and independence. Your clinical responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring vital signs, managing chronic conditions, wound care, edema management, IV therapies as appropriate, fall prevention strategies, and documentation in electronic health records. You’ll partner with families to align goals of care, educate on disease processes, and empower residents to maintain dignity and autonomy.
