Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise routine nursing care for long-term care residents under supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to orders and facility policy
- Monitor resident status, perform basic assessments, document vitals, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans in the PCC system and ensure continuity of care
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and infection control; respond to needs promptly
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans

Requirements
- Must know PCC and have nursing home experience
- Local candidates only
- Willing to work night shift
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting
