Responsibilities
- Triage calls and provide direct nursing assessment and guidance for hematology/oncology patients
- Nurse navigation and coordination of patient care across the infusion program, including multi-discipline clinic support
- Administer IV therapies and chemotherapy agents; assist with port placement and management
- Perform phlebotomy as needed; monitor patient responses and manage infusion-related reactions
- Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and prescription refills; document care activities in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe medication administration and appropriate escalation when needed

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification and Bio/Chemo certification required
- Minimum 2 years of hematology/oncology infusion experience, including triage and phlebotomy
- Experience with IV therapy and port access/placement
- Experience with administration of chemotherapy agents
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and electronic health records; strong communication and organizational abilities

Education
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license; ongoing professional development in oncology nursing is a plus
