Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care, Concord, New Hampshire. This travel temporary assignment begins June 22, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll guarantee 36 hours per week with a 3x12-hour night shift schedule. Weekly pay ranges from $1,280 to $1,349 per week. Setting: long-term care (nursing home).

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ health status, identify changes, and report findings to the supervising nurse.
- Provide routine nursing care and support activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents as assigned.
- Document care accurately in the designated charting system and maintain complete, compliant records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Ensure infection prevention, safety, and quality standards are upheld for all residents.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice as an LPN in the state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred or as required by the assignment.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work the night shift and participate in a travel assignment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced LTC setting.
