Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor resident responses per physician orders and facility policy
- Assess residents’ conditions, document changes, and communicate with the care team
- Provide direct patient care including ADLs, wound care, and routine nursing procedures
- Participate in care planning, implement orders, and update care plans as needed
- Monitor safety, infection control practices, and equipment use; report concerns promptly
- Collaborate with licensed and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality of life and individualized care
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a similar setting (travel-friendly)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in the 3x12-hour-per-week schedule
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen; comply with immunization policies as required
