Physical Therapy Assistant (LTAC) travel assignment in Hamlin, Texas. Start date 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 5x8 days. Weekly pay range: $1,477-$1,547. Work setting: long-term care (LTC) – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Under the direction and supervision of licensed physical therapists, treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Record patients’ progress and report treatment results to the supervising physical therapist.
- Monitor patient safety during therapy sessions and adjust activities as needed to meet goals.
- Complete timely documentation of therapy sessions and maintain patient privacy.
- Collaborate with the PT and rehab staff to refine treatment plans and goals.
Requirements
- Active Texas PTA license or compact-state license (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 years PTA experience (REQUIRED)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on a 5x8 day shift (REQUIRED)
- Eligible to work in Texas and able to work in a long-term care setting (REQUIRED)
