Responsibilities
- Assist with and supervise the nursing activities of the facility to ensure the highest level of quality care at all times
- Administer medications and provide clinical nursing care within scope of practice
- Monitor residents in memory care, assess changes in condition, and respond appropriately
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of care
- Document assessments, care plans, and daily progress in resident records
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

- Rural location considerations: reliable transportation may be required due to limited public transit options in Gunnison
