- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervision to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to support patient preferences and needs.
Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days) and provide 36 hours per week.
- Availability to begin on 10/19/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment.
- Ability to work in an inpatient care environment in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to travel to the listed assignment location and comply with credentialing/screening processes as required.
