- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritize care and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality nursing care in an emergency or high-acuity setting.
- Availability for three 12-hour shifts per week; ability to work a rotating or flexible schedule as required.
