Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) travel assignment in Vail, Colorado. Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Start date: 05/04/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,207–$2,310 with 32 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts. Licensure: Active Colorado RN license or valid compact state license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients in the OR, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative monitoring, and preparation for recovery
- Monitor patient status, document findings, and respond to changes in patient condition in real time
- Administer medications and assist with procedures in accordance with patient safety guidelines and sterile technique
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
- Support accurate documentation, patient advocacy, and effective communication with patients and families
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado or another compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital OR setting
- Eligible for travel assignment and able to meet contract requirements
