Responsibilities
- Provide care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
- Perform triage and non-stress tests (NSTs) as part of routine monitoring
- Serve as the second nurse at deliveries and help manage overflow patients
- Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and other team members to ensure patient-centered care
- Support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery
Requirements
- Active RN license with labor-trained qualifications
- Certifications: NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above)
- Experience: prior Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
- Travel nursing eligibility for a 13-week assignment
