Responsibilities

- Coordinate care with other disciplines, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in care decisions.
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment to nursing care and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to policy, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Active nursing license required in California (or ability to obtain as part of credentialing process)
- ER nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Capacity to supervise nursing staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Adaptable to travel assignment and contract-based scheduling
