Registered Nurse – L&D | Moses Lake, WA | Start 06/22/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,604–$2,712 per week | 36 guaranteed hours | Rotating shift | Home Healthcare travel assignment
This travel RN role combines caregiving and care management within a home healthcare setting. The RN will oversee a patient caseload for a designated period, perform the Nursing Process, and, when needed, supervise and delegate to other caregivers. The assignment starts 06/22/2026 and runs for 13 weeks with a rotating shift pattern and guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Perform assessment and data collection focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status; implement care using predetermined procedures and care plans
- Identify learning needs, readiness for learning, and provide patient and family teaching as defined by policy
- Document in patient charts via electronic medical records or paper processes, per policy and regulatory requirements
- Delegate appropriately and supervise assigned coworkers; may function as Charge Nurse to lead unit operations, including admissions, discharges, and staffing coordination
- Maintain awareness of safety requirements, infection control, equipment use, and safe lifting; adhere to organization policies and procedures
- Promote professional growth and ongoing development; participate in safety initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- License: Current Washington State RN Licensure
- Certification: BLS (Healthcare Provider) level within 30 days of hire
- Experience: Acute care RN experience preferred; minimum one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing roles
- Skills: Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; strong critical thinking and communication; capacity to work in a home healthcare setting and coordinate with diverse teams
- Specialty considerations: Role supports L&D responsibilities; unit-specific qualifications may apply
