- Educate patients and caregivers on safe home exercise programs and daily activity strategies
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in good standing to practice in the United States
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong documentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to participate in a 14-week travel assignment and meet guaranteed hours
