Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse - Tele, traveling assignment in Los Angeles, California, starting 05/18/2026 for 10 weeks in a home-based hospice setting. Shift: 3x12 nights (36 hours per week). Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group per the nursing process and established standards.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor for adverse effects and document patient response.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, manage symptoms, and provide education to patients and families; maintain continuity of care.
Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligibility to obtain licensure) prior to start.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience; home health or hospice experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a home-based hospice setting and perform 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
