Certified Nursing Assistant (LNA) needed for a travel assignment in Windsor, Vermont. This role is in a long-term care and assisted living setting. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Support mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment; report changes in condition
- Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional intake; document intake as directed
- Observe and document vital signs and health status within scope; communicate concerns to the care team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment; assist with toileting and incontinence care
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided; uphold privacy and dignity
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety policies, and charting requirements
Requirements
- Active LNA certification in Vermont
- Ability to work in a long-term care/assisted living setting
- Availability for day and evening shifts
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to resident safety, privacy, and quality of care
