Physical Therapist - Home Health travel position in Glendive, Montana. Start date: 05/11/2026 for a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $1,331 to $1,389, with dayshift duties in a long-term care/nursing home setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents in the long-term care setting.
- Implement PT interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, transfers, ROM, and manual therapy as appropriate.
- Reassess residents regularly, adjust plans of care, and document progress in the chart in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and activity modification to support independence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, OT, speech, social work) to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Ensure patient safety, apply infection control practices, and maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Active Montana Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Montana licensure (professional credentialing required for practice).
- 1+ year of physical therapy experience in a setting appropriate to home health or long-term care (preferred).
- Ability to perform hands-on PT treatment and document clinical findings clearly and accurately.
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and the care team; ability to function in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Must be able to pass background check and meet agency onboarding requirements; eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assignment area and work a daytime schedule.
