Travel Radiology MRI Tech Job
MRI Technologist – Radiology in Burlington, VT. This travel assignment starts May 11, 2026 for 4 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $2,238–$2,328 per week. The shift is 12-hour nights (3x12 Nights) in a hospital-based radiology department, with no guaranteed hours. The role requires imaging patients using MRI equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with the radiology team.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
- Safely position patients, select appropriate coils, monitor patient status during scanning, and maintain patient comfort.
- Operate Philips MRI systems, adjust sequences, and optimize imaging parameters to meet study requirements.
- Ensure patient and staff safety in the MRI environment, including screening and adherence to MRI safety practices.
- Document imaging procedures and annotate studies in the Epic system; communicate findings with radiologists as needed.
- Collaborate with the radiology team to maintain efficiency, image quality, and workflow, while adhering to department policies.
Requirements
- Active MRI licensure with advanced credentialing
- ARRT or ARMRIT certification
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year MRI experience
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Epic experience within the past 2 years (nonnegotiable)
- Philips MRI system experience required
- Prior travel experience preferred
