Certified Nursing Assistant (LNA) travel assignment in South Burlington, Vermont, starting May 19, 2026. This temporary travel role runs for several weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
- Obtain and document vital signs; report abnormal findings to the supervising nurse
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning using appropriate devices
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; adhere to infection prevention protocols
- Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior and respond to call lights promptly
- Complete routine documentation and charting in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active LNA/CNA certification in Vermont (or in good standing as applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous CNA/LNA experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced patient care setting
- Willingness to participate in health screenings and pass background checks as part of the assignment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and travel as required for the assignment
