Role specifics and benefits
- Core responsibilities: provide expert nursing care in the ED, perform rapid initial assessments, initiate and monitor resuscitation protocols, administer medications and IV therapies, obtain and interpret diagnostics, manage airway and breathing support, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and ED teams to stabilize patients and expedite safe dispositions.
