Role Specifics and Benefits
As a Speech Language Pathologist on this contract, your primary responsibilities will include comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; developing and implementing individualized therapy plans; selecting evidence-based interventions; documenting progress and adjusting goals; providing caregiver and family training; and collaborating with school staff, physicians, and other therapists to coordinate care. You will deliver age-appropriate interventions across pediatrics and/or adult populations as required, utilizing instrumental assessments as available, collaborating on patient-centered goals, and leveraging technology and telepractice when appropriate. The role emphasizes growth within the specialty, with opportunities to refine voice and fluency techniques, augmentative and alternative communication strategies, and functional communication in daily activities. You’ll manage caseloads, track outcomes, and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $1,969-$2,040, with a start date of 03/16/2026 and a contract measured in weeks, allowing for flexible planning and potential extensions. While guaranteed hours are not specified, the program prioritizes reliable scheduling and clear expectations upfront.
