Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hanford, California. Start date 09/14/2026 for an eight-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care setting. Weekly pay range: $953 - $976 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN or MD, following established policy and the nursing process.
- Perform admission assessments and ongoing re-assessments per departmental policy; contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.
- Implement and coordinate the plan of care, using organizational skills and reporting mechanisms; participate in patient teaching and discharge planning.
- Conduct selected clinical procedures (e.g., phlebotomy, injections, drug screens) and administer medications as directed.
- Order/restock supplies within established par levels; maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas (pre-op, PACU, corridors, and related spaces).
- Document care and activities; support clinical operations with accurate reporting; experience with EPIC and Cerner is preferred.
- Uphold aseptic technique and safety practices; respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California.
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years of recent nursing experience in a relevant setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced short-term acute care environment.
- Arrhythmia certification preferred.
- EPIC and Cerner experience preferred but not required.
