Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for Med Surg Tele patients, with emphasis on telemetry monitoring

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Document care in the EPIC electronic health record with timely, accurate updates
- Assess patient condition, anticipate needs, and escalate concerns promptly
Requirements
- Med Surg Tele nursing experience: 2+ years
- Telemetry experience across multiple units
- EPIC experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
