Interventional Radiology Technologist — Travel assignment based in Columbia, MO. Start May 11, 2026 for a 12-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,954–$3,090. Shift: 5x8 rotating. No guaranteed hours. This travel - temporary assignment takes place in a hospital setting with an on-call rotation to weeknights and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Assist with minimally invasive interventional radiology procedures; maintain a sterile environment throughout the case
- Prepare patients, review exam orders, validate reasons for exam, and assess eligibility and NPO status
- Interview patients about history, implanted devices, contrast allergies; explain procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care and discharge instructions
- Adjust, maintain, and operate imaging equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images; monitor vital signs as applicable
- Manage supplies and equipment; retrieve medications as requested and administer contrast under radiologist supervision; monitor for adverse reactions
- Document procedures in EMR and manage imaging data in PACS; ensure proper storage and retrieval of images; collaborate with radiologists and other team members
Requirements
- Licensure: ARRT RT(R) or approved advanced credentials (RT(VI), RT(CV), RT(CI), RCIS)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience, including neuro IR cases and GI embolization experience
- Ability to work in a hospital IR suite and participate in on-call rotations
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety and radiation protection guidelines; ability to communicate clearly with patients and the care team
