Endoscopy Tech (GI Lab Tech) – Glenwood Springs, CO. This is a travel, temporary assignment in a hospital setting. Start date: 05/12/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,684–$1,765. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 4x10-hour rotating shifts with call. This role supports endoscopy services with highly experienced skilled technicians capable of assisting with advanced procedures. Travel assignment requires a permanent address at least 75 miles away from the assignment facility.

Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff and physician during endoscopy procedures, including polypectomy, biopsies, screening exams, ERCP, and dilations
- Disinfect, process, and troubleshoot endoscopic equipment; set up room for procedures; transport patients as needed
- Stock rooms with supplies and equipment; assist patients with dressing and ambulation as directed by nursing staff
- Apply monitoring equipment (EKG leads, BP cuff, pulse oximetry) prior to start of cases
- Support high-level, complex cases under the supervision of the provider; maintain patient safety and procedural efficiency
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification: BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) required
- Licenses/Registrations: Registered with Colorado Division of Professions (DORA) as a Surgical Tech (CO CST) required
- Certification: Current IAHCSMM Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certification
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Endoscopy experience; advanced case endoscopy experience required
- Additional: Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts with rotating call; willing to travel to assignment location; must meet 75-mile radius requirement from the facility
