Shift is 12 hours, nights (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) with coverage on weekends and holidays as needed. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ER for adult and pediatric patients as needed
- Triage and rapidly assess patients; prioritize care and manage patient flow
- Monitor patients, interpret telemetry rhythm strips, identify heart blocks, and escalate as required
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control; participate in discharge planning and patient education

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in Massachusetts
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2+ years of recent ED (Level 3/4) experience
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks; pass Telemetry Test on Day 1 (84%+)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and cover required weekends/holidays as needed
- Education: nursing degree and licensure appropriate for RN practice
