Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job
Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele – travel assignment in Plymouth, MA (United States) starting 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn a weekly pay range of $2,513 to $2,655. This assignment offers 12-hour night shifts (3x12 Nights) in a hospital setting with floating to MS Tele floors as needed. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults on the Med Surg Telemetry unit, including monitoring and responding to cardiac rhythms
- Perform accurate and timely medication administration, IV management, and routine patient assessments
- Monitor telemetry data, identify dysrhythmias, and implement appropriate escalation per protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document care, assessments, and interventions clearly in the electronic medical record
- Float to related floors and overflow areas as needed, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
Requirements
- License: Active Registered Nurse license in good standing (Massachusetts)
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association) required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Education: Nursing degree (ASN/BSN) from an accredited program
- Skills: Proficient in telemetry interpretation, dysrhythmia management, patient education, and care coordination
- Additional: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and to float to like units as needed
